Stephanie’s coaching draws from her career in Silicon Valley, where she scaled early sales and operations for HotelTonight (Airbnb), developed the engineering org at Pure Storage, and led People and Places through hyper-growth at Vida Health (with stints in Product at Jawbone, and Coin). She helped Kim Scott build and deliver the Radical Candor trainings now ubiquitous with feedback.

Stephanie knows what it takes to rapidly scale a company, but she's particularly keen on what it takes to scale its leaders.
