About Stephanie
Before coaching, I spent over a decade building startups from the inside, in Sales, Product, and People roles at Series A–D tech companies.
Today I’m an executive coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working with founders, CEOs, and VC partners, including founding teams at AI startups. I’m also the founder and CEO of Clutch, where I build leadership products and consulting.
